  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 c. grated cheese
