- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup cream
- 1 small zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced thin
- 5 green onions, sliced thin
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces crabmeat, drained
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1 deep dish pie shell (I used frozen, thawed)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Bake piecrust for 10 minutes, cool.

3Whip eggs and milk/cream until light and fluffy.

4add all other ingredients, watch salt as crab and cheese are fairly salty.

5Pour into prebaked pie crust.

6Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean, be careful not to overcook, just until touched in the middle is almost firm to touch.
