- 8 c. peeled zucchini, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 sticks oleo
Directions

1Cook zucchini, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon until zucchini is tender; drain liquid.

2Mix flour, sugar and oleo like pie dough; put 1/2 in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

4Top dough with zucchini mixture.

5Crumble rest of pie dough mixture on top and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
