  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • water
  • 1/2 c. finely ground soda cracker crumbs
  • 2 medium onions, halved

    Wash rabbits thoroughly.

    Mix beaten eggs with 1 tablespoon water.

    Dip rabbit in egg.
