- 4 large zucchini, sliced
- salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook zucchini, covered in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.

2Put in shallow baking dish.

3Beat together egg, sour cream, salt, pepper and half of cheese.

4Pour over zucchini.

5Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until set.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
