  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 hot chili peppers

Directions

    Slice zucchini into 8 pieces.

    Put slits in peppers and leave whole.

    Mix vinegar, sugar and salt.
  4. 4
    Pour over zucchini and put in refrigerator.
  5. 5
    Stir occasionally until desired hotness is obtained. Recipe good for cauliflower, carrots and small white onions, also.
