- 16 ounces, weight Halibut (or Fish Of Your Liking), Cut Into Two Large Fillets
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Iced Cold Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1/4 whole Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Medium Tomato Salsa
- 8 Yellow Corn Tortillas, Medium Size
- 2 cups Lettuce Chopped
- 1 Tomato, Diced
- 1 cup Asiago And Parmigiano, Grated And Combined
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream (optional)

2In a saute pan over medium-high heat add the olive oil.
