  • 2 lb. zucchini, sliced
  • 1 to 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
