  • 6 c. shredded zucchini
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice to equal 1 c.
  • 2 3 oz. or 1 6 oz. box of jello or 2/3 c. jello

    4 ingredients, boil for 8 minutes. Add jello, seal and store in cool place. Can be frozen also.
