  • 6 c. peeled zucchini, grated and squeezed
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 large box apricot Jell-O

Directions

    Cook zucchini until dry.

    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.

    Boil for 6 minutes.

    Turn off heat.
