  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
