  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 14 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 14 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove

    Preheat an oven to 350.

    Use a mandolin to slice the zucchini length-wise into thin slices.

    Cook ground beef.

    Mix in the pasta sauce, black pepper and olive oil.

    Take a pan and layer in the beef, zucchini slices and cheese in sequence.

    Make sure the last layer is cheese.

    Then top with Parmesan and some black pepper.

    Place in the center of the middle rack.

    Bake till the top layer is golden.
