- 1 cup scallion, slivered
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 14 teaspoon dill weed
- salt
- pepper
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Saute scallions and zucchini in 2 tablespoons butter until zucchini slices are lightly browned on both sides.

2Add tomato and garlic and cook until most of the juice has cooked away.

3Add dill, salt, and pepper.

4Beat eggs and pour over vegetables.
