- 12 c. finely chopped zucchini
- 4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. turmeric
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Mix zucchini, onion and salt.

2Let stand overnight.

3Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard, turmeric, nutmeg, celery seed and cornstarch. Mix all together.

4Cook 10 to 15 minutes.

5Pour in sterilized jars.

6Seal at once.
