- 3 lb. zucchini (1/2-inch pieces)
- 3 medium onions, sliced (3 c.)
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 3/4 tsp. whole celery seed
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Combine zucchini, onions and green pepper in large roaster pan.

2Salt and garlic.

3Stir.

4Add 3 trays ice cubes.

5Mix through.

6Cover and let stand 3 hours.

7Combine vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed, celery seed and cloves in Dutch oven and bring to boil.
