  • 1 qt. white or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 5 lb. squash (unpeeled), cut in 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 qt. onions, thinly sliced

Directions

    Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, celery salt, turmeric and dry mustard in saucepan, bring to a boil and pour over zucchini and onions.
