- 1 c. cooked zucchini
- 1 c. Milnot or Carnation evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Peel and cook zucchini; put in blender with all the other ingredients.

2Blend well.

3Pour in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes, then in a 350° oven until set (about 30 to 40 minutes).

4Sprinkle cinnamon on top of pie before baking, if desired.
