  • 1 c. peeled, seeded, cooked zucchini, well drained and cooled
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Directions

    Put ingredients in blender for brief time.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then bake at 300° for 35 minutes or until it looks like a custard pie.

    Makes one pie.
