- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. each: oregano, garlic powder, sweet basil and pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Line 10-inch pie plate or 10 x 15-inch dish with crescent rolls.

2Spread with 2 tablespoons mustard.

3Melt butter; add squash, onions and spices.

4Cook about 10 minutes.

5Mix in separate bowl 2 eggs (beaten) and 8 ounces cheese.

6Add to veggies.

7Pour in dish.

8Bake for 20 minutes in 375° oven.

9Set 10 minutes before serving.
