  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 5 c. peeled and sliced zucchini

Directions

    Boil zucchini in water lightly.
  2. 2
    Let set for a few minutes. Drain and put in pie shell. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add other ingredients. Add crust. Bake 40 minutes at 400°.
