- 8 qt. ground green tomatoes
- 1 qt. onions
- 1 1/2 pt. sugar
- allspice to taste (I use 1 1/4 tsp.)
- 2 small cabbages
- 6 green peppers
- 1 tsp. powdered mustard
- 1 pt. vinegar
Directions

1Grind tomatoes.

2Put 1 cup of salt over them and let stand 2 hours.

3Squeeze out and mix with other ingredients which have also been ground up.

4Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

5Put in jars and seal.
