- 3 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapples, drained
- 2 c. grated zucchini
Directions

1Beat eggs until fluffy.

2Add oil, sugar, vanilla, and zucchini.

3Mix well.

4Add dry ingredients and mix well.

5Add raisins, pineapple and nuts.

6Blend well.

7Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or in 2 greased and floured bread pans for about 1 hour.
