- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 can (small) crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 cup currants
Directions

1Beat eggs until fluffy.

2Add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini and mix well.

3Add dry ingredients and mix.

4Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.

5Bake in large greased and floured cake pan at 325° for 1 hour.
