  • 1 large tender zucchini (6 c.)
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 (6 oz.) apricot or peach jello

Directions

    Peel and seed 1 large, tender zucchini.

    Cut on cole slaw cutter and measure 6 cups.

    Stir all together, except jello.

    Boil for 6 minutes.

    Add jello.

    Stir well and pour into jars.
