- 1 large tender zucchini (6 c.)
- 6 c. sugar
- 6 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 (6 oz.) apricot or peach jello
Directions

1Peel and seed 1 large, tender zucchini.

2Cut on cole slaw cutter and measure 6 cups.

3Stir all together, except jello.

4Boil for 6 minutes.

5Add jello.

6Stir well and pour into jars.
