- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch thick long slices
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 3 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. sweet white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chervil
- 1 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Heat the butter in large skillet.

2Saute the zucchini, garlic and onion until tender. Add tomatoes, seasonings and wine. Reduce heat.

3Simmer slowly until liquid is completely reduced. Serve as side dish or good over rice.
