- 4 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- dash of garlic salt
- pinch of thyme
- pinch of tarragon
Directions

1Use small amount of oil in skillet to saute zucchini, onions and spices.

2Line 9-inch pie plate with crescent dinner rolls. Spread mustard on top.

3Fill with hot zucchini mixture.

4Add beat up eggs.

5Sprinkle cheese on top.

6Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
