  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. crushed pecans
  • 3 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini squash

Directions
