  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Beat eggs.

    Add other ingredients.

    Fold in zucchini last. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 55 minutes or until top is golden brown.

    Cut in tiny squares.
