- 8 oz. vermicelli
- 12 oz. zucchini, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook the vermicelli.

2When almost cooked, add zucchini until it's all cooked.

3Drain them.

4Heat the oil in skillet.

5Add garlic.

6Saute until golden.

7Add the rest of garlic, oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
