  • 8 oz. vermicelli
  • 12 oz. zucchini, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Cook the vermicelli.

    When almost cooked, add zucchini until it's all cooked.

    Drain them.

    Heat the oil in skillet.

    Add garlic.

    Saute until golden.

    Add the rest of garlic, oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
