Ingredients
- 2 leeks, sliced thin crossways
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. fish (white meat), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb. scallops, shrimp, lobster (any seafood will do)
- 1 bag mussels
- 1/4 c. fresh herbs to taste (thyme, garlic, parsley and basil)
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. fresh garlic
- 1 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1In a large pot, saute leeks and garlic in oil. Add paste when browned.

2Add water and crushed tomatoes. Boil.

3Add seafood and spices.

4Cook until fish is cooked through.

5Serve alone as a soup or over pasta.
