  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 10 cups water
  • 5 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb potato, sliced
  • 14 bunch kale

Directions

    Saute the sausage; drain and let cool.

    Saute garlic, onion and red pepper flakes.

    Add bouillon and water; boil.

    Add potatoes, and cook until almost tender.

    Add chopped kale, and sausage, and serve.
