  • 1 egg
  • 1 box seedless raisins
  • water
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/3 to 1/2 box brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • unbaked tart shells

Directions

    Cover raisins with water. Bring to a boil; drain.

    Stir in egg, brown sugar and salt.

    Mixture is ready to put into unbaked tart shells.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes (small tarts bake 10 minutes).
