- 12 cup garbanzo beans
- 12 cup cooked rice or 12 cup cooked orzo pasta
- 12 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 12 cup celery, diced
- 12 cup zucchini, diced
- 12 cup green peas
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in small Dutch oven.

2Saute vegetables until tender.

3Add chicken broth and heat to simmer.

4Add remaining beans, rice or pasta if using.

5Heat to simmer.
