- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. any preserves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Mix margarine, sugar and Bisquick or Jiffy mix.

3Stir until dough forms.

4Beat about 15 strokes.

5Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased pan. Make a shallow well in center of each with the back of a spoon. Fill with preserves.

6Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. While warm drizzle with glaze.

7Makes 12 Danish.
