- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Scald milk and salt, oil and sugar.

2Let cool.

3Pour over yeast.

4Add flour and mix well.

5Knead a few times and roll out on flour surface.

6Cut out rolls, brush tops with butter.

7Let rise 1 hour or longer.

8Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
