- 3 tbsp each of water, ketchup, sake; 2 tablespoons japanese worcestershire sauce A) Ingredients
- 100 ml Heavy cream or Milk
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 400 grams Beef
- 1 Salt, pepper, butter
Directions

1Combine the A) ingredients.

2Cut the vegetables.

3Thinly slice the onion.

4Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the onions and mushrooms on medium heat.

5Once tender, add the meat and season with salt and pepper.

6Once the meat browns, add the flour.

7Once the flour has blended in, pour in the A) ingredients and cook on medium heat until thickened.

8Once thickened, pour in the heavy cream, and it's done.
