- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Peanut butter
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup Flax seeds
- 2 each Whey powder scoop
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda (if baking)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder (if baking)
Directions

4For Pastry like bars, cook at 350 for 10 min.

5Final product is awesome with peanut/almond butter!

6For chewy bars, place in pan and refrigerate over night.
