  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
