Ingredients
- 1 c. milk or potato water
- `1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil or oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 1/2 c. flour (white or combination)
Directions

1Heat milk/water to lukewarm.

2Add sugar, oil and salt.

3Then add dissolved yeast and beaten egg; stir well.

4Add flour, one cup at a time; stir well.

5Do not knead dough.

6It will be sticky.

7Let rise until double.

8Turn onto bread board and mix a little flour until workable.

9Do not knead.
-
10Make into your favorite shape rolls.

11Let rise and bake at 425° until golden brown.

12Makes 24 plus rolls.
