  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) Keeblers graham cracker crust
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except pie crust.

    Blend in 2 1/2 cups sour cream.

    Pour into crust and bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes or until set.

    Filling will be soft.

    Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

    Serves 20 to 16.
