Macaroni with Broccoli & Peas

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 pounds Macaroni, Cooked According To Package Instructions Then Drained
  • 23 cups Frozen Peas
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, Or As Desired

Directions

    In a large skillet with high sides, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

    Add broccoli and garlic and saute until crisp tender, 3 minutes.

    Stir in the cooked macaroni, peas, salt and pepper.

    Stir and cook until peas are warm.
