Macaroni with Broccoli & Peas

- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 pounds Macaroni, Cooked According To Package Instructions Then Drained
- 23 cups Frozen Peas
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, Or As Desired
Directions

1In a large skillet with high sides, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

2Add broccoli and garlic and saute until crisp tender, 3 minutes.

3Stir in the cooked macaroni, peas, salt and pepper.

4Stir and cook until peas are warm.

5Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
