- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add chicken; cover.

3Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

4Remove chicken.

5Add chicken broth and water to skillet; stir.

6Bring to boil.

7Stir in mushrooms, onion, peas and rice.

8Top with chicken; cover.

9Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
