- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in big mixing bowl.

2Add sugar, salt and unbeaten egg.

3Add flour gradually, mixing well.

4Beat, adding oil.

5Fill greased muffin pan 1/3 full.

6Let rise in warm place until double in size or at top of muffin tin.

7Bake about 30 minutes at 375° for 30 minutes or at 400° for 20 minutes.
