  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water in big mixing bowl.

    Add sugar, salt and unbeaten egg.

    Add flour gradually, mixing well.

    Beat, adding oil.

    Fill greased muffin pan 1/3 full.

    Let rise in warm place until double in size or at top of muffin tin.

    Bake about 30 minutes at 375° for 30 minutes or at 400° for 20 minutes.
