  • 4 c. sliced carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Saute carrots in butter or margarine and olive oil until slightly browned.

    Add milk. Blend in soup mix and flour.

    Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Cover and bake in 350° oven until tender, about 40 to 50 minutes. Tastes even better warmed up!
