- 4 c. sliced carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute carrots in butter or margarine and olive oil until slightly browned.

2Add milk. Blend in soup mix and flour.

3Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Cover and bake in 350° oven until tender, about 40 to 50 minutes. Tastes even better warmed up!
