- 8 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper
- chopped onions to taste
- mushrooms and green pepper to taste
- chopped cooked ham or 1 lb. cooked and browned sausage (optional)
Directions

1Place bread cubes in greased pan.

2Pour other ingredients in topping with egg mixture.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.

5Uncover and brown about 5 minutes.
