Ingredients

  • 2 c. white cherries
  • 2 c. diced pineapple
  • 2 c. mandarin oranges
  • 2 c. marshmallows
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. light cream
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. whipped cream or whipped topping mix

    Drain fruits.

    Combine fruits and marshmallows in large bowl. Beat eggs until light; gradually add sugar, light cream and lemon juice.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Cook in double boiler until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Pour over fruit mixture lightly.

    Chill 24 hours.
