- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until stiff; add sugar, salt, lemon and cream. Stir together in double boiler until thick.

2(Don't worry if curdles.)

3Cool.

4Beat remaining pint of whipped cream.
