  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. can white kidney beans, washed and drained
  • 16 oz. can red kidney beans, washed and drained
  • 16 oz. can black beans, washed and drained
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine corn oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add beans and onion.

    Toss to coat well.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
