  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can yellow beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain beans, place in bowl and add pepper and onion.

    Mix oil and vinegar; add sugar, salt and pepper.
