  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5/8 cup dark chocolate
  • 5 9/16 tablespoons cocoa bittersweet powdered
  • 6 3/4 tablespoons buttermilk or milk
  • 3 2/3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt
  • 4 3/4 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. While it cools, beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until light and foamy.

    Add the cocoa and a pinch of salt, mix well (it is also possible to use a mixer).

    Add the melted chocolate, flour, baking powder, buttermilk, oil, and chocolate chips.

    Line a rectangular baking pan (24 x 19 centimeters) with wax paper, butter it and pour the batter inside.

    Level the surface and bake for 25 minutes.

    Remove the brownies from the oven, let them cool and cut them into squares, you may add chocolate icing on top.
